In September 2024 Y.O.U delivered a workshop with ENABLES Regional Management Team. As part of this session there was a focus on Person-Centred Planning that took the form of Maps. This method helped ENABLES Regional Management Team map out what they want the organisation to achieve, ways in which to get there and everything else in between.

This session focused on Person-Centred Planning and Person-Centred Outcomes. Following this Y.O.U delivered a further 2 sessions with ENABLES Service Managers Team which focused on Personal Outcomes, Essential Lifestyle Planning and Paths.
