Y.O.U has work with IMPACT now.  We previously co-ordinated one of their n Hospital Discharge Networks in Scotland. More recently we have started coordinating their Re-enablement and New Models of Home Care  Network. 

We have also undertaken some video editing work with the aim of producing training materiasl for professionals around Hospital Discharge

Y.O.U looks forward to continuing in this role and also to exploring other opportunities to work in partnership with IMPACT in the future.
