In the coming months Y.O.U will collaborate with The Change Maker group to deliver a Disability Confident Strategic Board to employers across
various sectors. The aim of this will be to build employers knowledge around the positive implementation of disabled access. This strategic board will also empower employers to confidently support disabled employees and customers and ultimately ensure that their business and practises are inclusive for all.
